Welcome
Welcome to the Ushahidi Knowledgebase, our wiki that helps us keep track of information about the Ushahidi Engine and the platform we're creating. In short, our goal is to create a free and open source platform to crowdsource crisis information. If you would like to know more about Ushahidi, you can find it on the about page of the main Ushahidi website, or via this Ushahidi FAQ.
You can add to this knowledgebase easily, in fact we hope that you jump right in with ideas for the Ushahidi Wishlist, things you've learned and tips and tricks for others.
We are also documenting how Ushahidi is being built over time, with periodic updates from team members in the Building Ushahidi section.

Volunteers
Ushahidi grew out of the collaboration of Kenyans during a time of crisis, and we strive to continue collaborating with our wonderful volunteers. This section will contain the a list of the tasks that we need help with and will be a resource for Ushahidi volunteers.
