Great! There are wiki pages about types of maps and best practices. Search the wiki for any duplicate pages. Also, you can write a personal blog post on your personal page.

Can we be more excited that you want to contribute to the growing Ushahidi community? There are two member groups: Community and Technical. Review the wiki pages, add your member account to the wiki with a "label" by the type of contribution. (e.g. wiki-team, events-team, developers-team) Also, add a comment to pages so that we can set-up user groups. Check out community connections.
